There is a surcharge of €10 per person for this service. Is there a car park? You can park outside the hotel free of charge. How can I reach the hotel using public transport? If you are arriving by train, it is advisable to arrange a taxi in advance. The Klisch chauffeur service is available on 0152 28983857 (except Saturdays and Sundays). You can reach the Teisendorf community bus on 08666 928853 (also available on weekends by prior arrangement). Reservation times Mon-Fri: 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. | Sat, Sun & public holidays 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Trips on weekends | public holidays should be reserved a few days in advance. Are there disabled-friendly rooms? The Gut Edermann has two disabled-friendly rooms. Are pets permitted? Pets are not permitted at the Gut Edermann. How long is the wellness area open? The Alpine Spa is open from 10:30 am to 9:30 pm. When is breakfast served? You can eat breakfast from 7:00 am to 10:30 am. External guests are also very welcome. What are the restaurant opening hours? Click HERE for our restaurant opening hours. Do I need to make a reservation for a day spa visit? Booking is not required. However, you are advised to ascertain the level of use in advance as we cannot accept any further guests when capacity has been reached. When should I book my massages? Please book your massage before you arrive. We advise that you do as soon as possible so that you can book your desired appointments. Which treatment should I choose? Our team will be happy to advise you. You can also book individual massages or beauty treatments. Our spa staff will then be happy to advise you. I suffer from intolerances.
